The new edition of Technique Book 3 is designed to accompany Repertoire Book 3, but it may be used with any method as a supplement. It introduces technical patterns in the keys of C Major, A Minor, G Major, E Minor, F Major, and D Minor.
These patterns include:
- Scales in two octaves
- Chord Inversions
- ChordProgression:I-IV6/4-I-V6-V6/5-I
- Basic Accompaniment Patterns: Alberti bass, waltz, stride, and broken chord
