NEW LICENCES
Perpetual licenses do not expire, although you are only entitled to free updates for the first year, after which you will remain on that same version.
Subscriptions are for 1-year and need to be renewed annually if you wish to continue using Sibelius.
PERPETUAL UPGRADES
The perpetual upgrade option gives you access to 1-year of updates and support. This means you will have access to the latest version of Sibelius, as well as any new versions that are released in the next 12 months.
Only choose a perpetual renewal if you have a current 'Update & Support Plan' (there is a 30-day grace period). If this has elapsed, you will need buy a new perpetual licence or crossgrade to a subscription.
SUBSCRIPTON RENEWALS
Renewals are the same price as a new subscription, but we supply a different type of activation code so that the system knows to extend your existing licence.
