This book of Duets and Trios (Grade 1 - Grade 2level) makes it easy for students to follow their ensemble part by usingcolour coded clefs/key signatures.
The music covers awide range of composers, as well astraditional tunesfrom around the world. There is a selection offestive music, a section ofrounds(3-part, 4-part), plus there arewarm up exercises, each focusing on one aspect of ensemble technique.
The arrangements work well with anything fromtwo players up to a large flute choir/ensemble. Many pieces offermaximum flexibilityas they can be played as atrio; ORthe blue and red parts are harmonically complete to be played as aduet; ORthere are alsooptional pianoparts for some pieces, to be found in Book 3 (accompaniments).
