Twilight over the Bridge is a short ballad meant to resemble a folk song (however the source of the material is original to the composer). One could imagine this piece being a journey in which a character reflects on their hardships as they return home. This work is designed for younger musicians with doublings throughout the low voices and ranges within the B-flat scale and comfortable registers, however it is accessible for groups of all levels with great focus on modern harmonic voicings and many opportunities for expressive interpretation. There are also several opportunities for soloists, although these could be performed as soli. (Dur. 2:30)
