The most widely played reeds in the professional world, these reeds suit all styles of music. These reeds are designed to produce an extremely pure sound due to a thin tip and a firm heart (the section at the beginning of the cut). They are 'French cut', also known as 'filed'.
They boast an excellent response in all registers, even allowing a pianissimo attack of the highest notes. Like all Vandoren reeds they are individually wrapped in a humidity controlled environment.
